We process personal data only as far as necessary for our website and our services – transparently and securely.
1. Controller

We are based in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Data you send us is also processed there.
2. Data we process
Contact form, chat and free check: name, business name, email address, phone number, city, link to the business profile and your message.
Orders and payment: order data and payment status. Only the payment provider receives card data – we do not.
Partner programme: name, email, phone, country and payout details.
Server logs: IP address, date, time and page requested – for security and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your request and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and your consent where we ask for it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
For persons in Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” also applies.
4. Chat assistant
We store chat messages in order to handle your request. If you ask the assistant free-text questions, the text may be sent to an AI service provider to generate an answer. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat.
5. Recipients
Hosting provider (servers in the EU), email service provider, payment provider and, where applicable, an AI service provider for the chat. They process data only on our behalf.
Transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection take place only with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Contract and invoice data is kept for the statutory periods. Server logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
A message to reputation@okamicore.com is enough. Every email from us also contains an unsubscribe link.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the legal situation change. The version published here applies.
