These terms apply to all services of [Firma / ТОО – to be added] (“Okami Core”, “we”) ordered via the website okamicore.com or an individual quote. By ordering and paying for a service you accept this offer.
1. Scope
These terms apply to contracts between [Firma / ТОО – to be added] and its customers (“Customer”).
Our services are primarily aimed at businesses, self-employed people and organisations. Deviating terms of the Customer apply only if we agree to them in writing.
2. Services
IT services: web design, web and mobile applications, Windows software, integrations, server and cloud operations, IT security, AI automation and data analytics. Scope, price and schedule are set out in the respective written quote.
Platform Reputation Protocol: a fixed-price service. We individually assess up to 5 reviews of a business profile against the content policy of the respective platform, submit suitable cases through the platform's official reporting channels and provide an individual case report plus prepared report and appeal texts. Processing takes 7 days from receipt of payment and the required information.
We do not need login credentials to any of your accounts.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Only the respective platform decides whether a review is removed. We owe careful assessment, submission and documentation – not the removal of a review. Legitimate criticism is not reported.
Okami Core is independent and not affiliated with Google or any other platform. Our services are not legal advice.
4. Conclusion of contract
Platform Reputation Protocol: the contract is concluded when the Customer completes the order on the website, confirms the note on the scope of service and pays the price.
Individual projects: the contract is concluded when our quote is accepted in writing, including by email.
5. Prices and payment
The prices stated on the website or in the quote at the time of ordering apply. The Platform Reputation Protocol costs 129 EUR, one-time.
Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via a certified payment provider or by bank transfer. Card data is processed exclusively by the payment provider; we do not store card data.
For individual projects, deposits and payments by project phase may be agreed.
6. Customer cooperation
The Customer provides the required information completely and truthfully – in particular the business name and the link to the business profile – and names a contact person. Missing information extends the processing time accordingly.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy applies and forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage and at most to the fee paid for the service concerned. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
We are not liable for decisions of third parties, in particular platforms.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
We treat all Customer information confidentially. Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Ongoing services
Contracts for ongoing services such as maintenance, hosting or support run for the agreed period. Unless agreed otherwise, either party may terminate with 30 days' notice to the end of a month.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies. If the Customer is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of [Firma / ТОО – to be added].
12. Final provisions
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. Changes to these terms apply to orders placed after their publication on this page.
